Computer Science Tutor, Spark Generation, Romania
Worked part time for the last three years with an EdTech Startup, mentoring A-level and IGCSE students in computer science through online classes and project-based learning. I helped students strengthen their coding skills, guided them in problem-solving, and encouraged discussions that built both technical confidence and critical thinking. I also shaped engaging learning experiences tailored to different student needs.
Digital Product Manager, Mind Empowered (NGO), India
Lead the ideation and requirements for a mobile app for a mental health NGO, by analysing audience insights and identifying unmet user needs. Collaborated closely with UI/UX and developer teams in an Agile setup and worked on the Product roadmap, SRS and Figma prototypes. Prior to this, managed content strategy and improved community engagement.
Software Development Engineer - II, Tally Solutions, India
Built and deployed an automated tax computation feature in C++ and the company's proprietary language, boosting product efficiency for a leading ERP software company. I also guided 20+ engineers through onboarding and Agile coaching, strengthening team collaboration and delivery speed.

Project #1: Digital Growth Strategy for a Mental-Health platform
About: Initiated and led a digital mental health awareness initiative for the non-profit Mind Empowered. Proposed a blog-first outreach model and successfully launched a branded Medium blog as a digital touchpoint for awareness and education. Created and managed a content strategy for 15+ volunteer writers, resulting in a 50% increase in online reach and 60% increase in community engagement within 3 months.

About: Designed an IT Service Portfolio Management strategy using ITIL framework for a retail case company to align IT services with business goals. Outlined governance models, SLAs, review processes, and stakeholder engagement plans. Proposed a sentiment analysis model (using RNN, Word2Vec embeddings, and deployment strategy for continuous insight generation) to assess public opinion on a certain clothing item via scraped social media data.
